To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required, which will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment (excluding processing fees). You have the flexibility to reschedule your appointment once, provided it's done no later than 2 days before your scheduled date.

Should you need to reschedule within 2 days of your appointment, your initial deposit will be forfeited. To rebook, a new deposit will be required. Failure to adhere to pre-care instructions for your service or neglecting health requirements before your appointment may result in being sent home, with the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be necessary for rebooking.

Clients who no-show or cancel appointments without a 24-hour notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our booking policies at Humantality Counseling.
